AMY WINEHOUSE - Saint or Sinner
Amy was produced after Guy Portelli (Sculptor and Dragon's Den fame) suggested putting on a show at Gallery Different on behalf of The Hannah Meredith Foundation.
Thank you to the parents and pupils at St Barnabas Primary School in Tunbridge Wells, who helped produce the painting as part of The Big Draw organised by CREATE.

Following the success of 'SPIKE' in 2010 I would like to thank all those who contributed their dots to the painting of Damien Hirst during South East Open Studios 2011.
Congratulations to those who guessed who it was and for those who didn't here is the final version.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have.

3 STAGES OF SPIKE - Summer 2010
During the South East Open Studios I wanted to produce a collaborative piece involving all those who visited. From the feedback I had during and after the show it seems that all those who got involved thoroughly enjoyed the process.
Producing Spike was a 3 stage process with preparation and underpainting by me, followed by the painting of thousands of dots by members of the public. It was then my turn again to add a finished layer.
Thank you to all of you for your help. Spike is now a finished piece for sale measuring 1120 X 760 mm. Acrylic on Canvas.
